1. Introduction

Welcome to RDS CAL Store (rdscal.com). By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them simple because we believe in transparency, not trapping you in fine print.

2. What We Sell

We sell Client Access Licenses (CALs) for Microsoft Windows Server (Versions 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025).

  • Digital Goods Only: You are purchasing a distinct, unique digital license key.
  • No Physical Media: We do not ship boxes, DVDs, or USB drives. Everything is delivered via email.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, your license can be downloaded instantly and is automatically sent to the email address you provided. This typically happens within 5 minutes.
  • Spam Folder: 99% of "missing" orders are in the Spam/Junk folder. Please check there before panicking.
  • Verification: For security, very large orders or flagged transactions may require manual verification, which can delay delivery by a few hours.

4. Refund & Return Policy (60-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 60-Day Return, which is significantly more generous than the industry standard for digital goods. However, to prevent abuse (key cloning), the following rules apply:

  • Defective Keys: If a key fails to activate, we will first attempt to troubleshoot with you (screenshares or error screenshots). If the key is confirmed dead, we will issue an immediate replacement or a full refund—your choice.
  • "Change of Mind": If you bought the wrong version (e.g., you bought Server 2019 but needed 2022), we can swap it if the key has not been activated. Once a key is activated on your server, it is "consumed" and cannot be returned.
  • Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware meets Microsoft's requirements.

5. License Usage

  • We are a Reseller: We sell legitimate license keys. We do not own the intellectual property rights to Windows Server; Microsoft does.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you purchase the correct number of CALs for your environment (User vs. Device).

6. Payment & Security

  • Currency: All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise displayed.
  • Fraud: We take credit card fraud seriously. If a chargeback is filed falsely (e.g., claiming "Item not received" after activating the key), we reserve the right to revoke the license key remotely and report the incident to relevant credit bureaus.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDS CAL Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or server downtime) arising from the use of our keys.

Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes (like altering the refund window), we will notify active account holders. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
