1. Introduction

Welcome to RDS CAL Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of Microsoft Windows Server Remote Desktop Services Client Access Licenses (RDS CALs). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

  • Instant Delivery: All products sold on RDS CAL Store are digital. Upon successful payment, license keys and installation instructions can be downloaded instantly, and are also delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
  • No Physical Goods: No physical discs, COAs, or boxed products will be shipped.
  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring that your email provider does not block our delivery emails (please check Spam/Junk folders).

3. Licensing & Compliance

  • Microsoft Agreement: All licenses sold are subject to Microsoft’s End User License Agreement (EULA). By purchasing, you agree to comply with Microsoft’s licensing terms for Windows Server.
  • Version Compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the version of RDS CALs purchased (e.g., 2022, 2019) is compatible with their existing Windows Server OS. Our support team is available to assist with compatibility questions prior to purchase.
  • Resale & Distribution: These licenses are eligible for resale. If you are purchasing on behalf of a client or for redistribution, you acknowledge that once the license is transferred to the end-user, it remains subject to the Microsoft EULA. RDS CAL Store is not responsible for any agreements or disputes between you and your subsequent customers.

4. Payments & Security

  • Payment Processing: We use secure, third-party payment processors (such as PayPal). We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to flag and hold orders for manual verification if they are identified as high-risk by our payment processors to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refund Policy: Your purchases are protected by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to request an exchange or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

RDS CAL Store provides license keys and technical support for their installation. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss of data or server downtime resulting from the installation of software.
  • Issues arising from unauthorized modifications to the Windows Server operating system.
  • Any business losses, fines, or legal costs resulting from your organization not following terms of Microsoft EULA.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (unless belonging to Microsoft or third-party partners), is the property of RDS CAL Store and is protected by international copyright laws.
